At The Biohack Sanctuary, we believe getting your wellness products quickly and without hassle is just as important as the products themselves. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Free Shipping on All Orders
We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. There is no minimum order value required — free shipping applies to every purchase, every time.
Where We Ship
At this time, we ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally. We hope to expand our shipping reach in the future — stay tuned!
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product type and supplier:
- Standard items (red light therapy devices, PEMF mats, sauna blankets, massage tools, grounding products, etc.): Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days from the date of order.
- Large freight items (infrared saunas, cold plunge tubs, hyperbaric chambers): These items require freight shipping and may take 4–6 weeks for delivery. Freight carriers will typically contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to supplier processing times, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and submitted to our suppliers within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days after your order is placed for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at thebiohacksanctuary@gmail.com and we will look into it right away.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, your order may already be in processing or preparing for shipment with our supplier, and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at thebiohacksanctuary@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thebiohacksanctuary@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work directly with the supplier and carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and around your property, then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us and we will assist.
