Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. No minimum order required.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by product and supplier. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days. Some larger items such as infrared saunas may take up to 4–6 weeks due to freight shipping requirements. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days after your order is placed for tracking to become active.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs for large items (saunas, cold plunges) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. To initiate a return, email us at thebiohacksanctuary@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thebiohacksanctuary@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products are backed by their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty duration varies by product category:

Infrared Saunas: 1–5 years depending on brand
Cold Plunge Tubs: 1–2 years
Red Light Therapy Devices: 1–2 years
PEMF Mats: 1 year
Hyperbaric Chambers: 1–2 years
Massage & Recovery Devices: 1 year

For warranty claims, please contact us and we will liaise directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
