How It Works
If you find a lower advertised price on an identical product from a qualifying competitor within 30 days of your purchase, simply contact us and we'll refund the difference. Submitting a price-match request is straightforward: email us at hello@thebiohacksanctuary.com or use our Contact page with your order number, the competitor's website link showing the lower price, and a screenshot if possible. We'll review the request within two business days and process your refund to the original payment method as soon as it's approved.
What Qualifies
To be eligible for a price match, the competing offer must be for the exact same product — same brand, same model, same configuration, and same condition (new). The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the brand, located in the United States, and selling the product in stock and ready to ship. The advertised price must include any applicable shipping charges so we're comparing the true delivered cost. The price must be publicly available and verifiable on the competitor's live website at the time of the request.
What Does Not Qualify
We're unable to match prices from auction sites, marketplace third-party sellers, liquidators, refurbished or open-box listings, gray-market or unauthorized resellers, or pricing errors and typographical mistakes. Limited-time flash sales, doorbusters, Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals, member-only or coupon-gated pricing, and bundle or package deals are also excluded. Products that are out of stock, on backorder, or include free promotional add-ons that we don't offer are not eligible.
Our 30-Day Window
The 30-day window begins on the date your order ships. Requests submitted after 30 days are no longer eligible, so we encourage you to reach out as soon as you spot a better price.
