At The Biohack Sanctuary, we want you to feel completely confident in every purchase. We stand behind every product we carry and are committed to making things right if something isn't perfect.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging, with all accessories, components, and documentation included.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at thebiohacksanctuary@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the item being returned:

Standard items (red light therapy devices, PEMF mats, massage tools, etc.): Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Large freight items (infrared saunas, cold plunge tubs, hyperbaric chambers): Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Due to freight requirements, these costs can be significant.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thebiohacksanctuary@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work directly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

Manufacturer Warranties

All products are backed by their respective manufacturer warranties:

Infrared Saunas: 1-5 years depending on brand
Cold Plunge Tubs: 1-2 years
Red Light Therapy Devices: 1-2 years
PEMF Mats: 1 year
Hyperbaric Chambers: 1-2 years
Massage & Recovery Devices: 1 year

For warranty claims, contact us and we will liaise directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Items that have been used or assembled
Personal wellness items that have come into contact with skin once opened
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment. Contact us immediately at thebiohacksanctuary@gmail.com if you need to cancel.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank. If you still haven't received it, contact us at thebiohacksanctuary@gmail.com and we will investigate.
